If the product is found to be defective then we will answer your message with a shipping label and further instructions.
I have today received a product that is damaged in transport, what do I do?
Write to us via Contact us and attach an image of the damaged packaging.
I have received my order but it is not the product I ordered, what do I do?
Write to us via Contact us and attach a picture of the incorrect product together with the delivery note where "Packed by" is clearly visible.
We will send you a shipping label and send you the correct product immediately.
